If you received a communication from LAUSD and/or from Ms. Yi, Magnet Coordinator offering you a spot in our program, and you have taken action to accept your spot online or over the phone - Welcome to Southeast DREAMS Magnet! We are excited to have you join our program of 21st century learners. Below you can find your next steps:
Students who attended an LAUSD school in the previous academic year (2018-19):
Parents DO NOT need to submit an enrollment packet. Your child’s current LAUSD school of attendance has your enrollment information. We will be contacting the school in Fall 2019 once we have confirmed your child’s attendance the first week of school.
Students who attended a non-LAUSD school the previous academic year (2018-19) (for example: non-LAUSD charter, Independent, or Private school):
In order for your child to attend our school, parents DO need to submit an enrollment packet. Enrollment for Southeast DREAMS Magnet will open the third week of May 2019 and wrap up Mid-September 2019 or until all spots are filled. Our office enrollment hours will take place Monday - Thursday, 8:00 AM to 11:00 AM. We thank you in advance for your cooperation in adhering to the established Enrollment Hours for our school.

The Enrollment Forms can be picked up in our main office. Our address is 2560 Tweedy Blvd, South Gate, CA 90280. Temporary curbside parking is available in the front of the school and on Truba Ave.
Enrollment hours (Starting the third week of May) : Monday - Thursday between the hours of 8:00 AM to 11:00 AM. For a quicker drop-off experience, please ensure that ALL items on the checklist are brought with you. The last item on the checklist (Enrollment Forms) will be provided for you when you arrive on campus.
